Welcome to Melwa. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Melwa application, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Melwa provides a service that transforms user-uploaded photos into specific style mystery box images using Style Blueprints (including Cyberpunk, Retro Star, 3D Figure, and Custom Blueprint prompts). Users consume virtual “Coins” to obtain generated results, browse a Collection, and optionally save or share outputs.
You may sign in using the in-app sign-in flow. You are responsible for activity under your account on your device. You may log out or delete your account from Profile. Account deletion permanently clears your Collection and remaining Coins as described in the app.
You promise not to use Melwa to upload, produce, or disseminate content that:
You must only upload photos and prompts you have the right to use.
“Coins” are virtual items within Melwa and can only be used for service consumption inside the application. They do not support refunds outside applicable App Store rules, withdrawals, or transfers to others. Coins have no cash value outside Melwa.
Example pricing in the current app configuration (subject to App Store localization and change):
New users may receive a one-time Coin grant. Each generation consumes Coins as shown in the app (currently 60 Coins per generation).
Generated images are produced from your inputs (photos and prompts). Results may vary. Melwa does not guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome or rarity presentation. You retain ownership of your uploads and generated results to the extent permitted by law, while Melwa retains rights needed to operate and improve the service.
The Melwa name, UI, Style Blueprint branding, and related materials are protected. Except for your own content, you may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Melwa assets without permission.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests for purchases should be handled under Apple’s applicable terms and support channels.
Melwa uses third-party measurement services (including Adjust) and device / advertising identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy to attribute installs and measure marketing campaigns. By using Melwa you acknowledge that such measurement may occur subject to your iOS tracking choices and the Privacy Policy.
Melwa is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melwa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or inability to generate results due to network, device, or third-party platform issues.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Melwa at any time and delete your account in Profile.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date will be revised when changes are published. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
